The Melbourne Festival has long been acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading international arts festivals. With a reputation for presenting unique international and Australian events in the fields of dance, theatre, music, visual arts, multimedia, the Festival takes place over 17 days each October.
We here at AussieTheatre.com are excited to announce some Early Bird specials for the festival, which are available until 31 August, and also let all of our colleagues in the Performing Arts know about the Local Artist Card.

Limited tickets for most events are specially priced for students, including international student cardholders, Youth Hostel Association members (YHA) and all holders of international backpacking cards.
School Groups
The Festival offers discounted tickets to secondary school groups. These tickets can only be purchased through the Festival and are for school groups with accompanying teachers.
