Chitty Chitty Bang Bang announces full cast

Last week, producer Tim Lawson and director Roger Hodgman announced the full cast of their upcoming musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at a special media event at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney.

To celebrate, cast members Alan Brough (Baron Bomburst) and Jennifer Vuletic (Baroness Bomburst) along with the Vulgarian chorus performed ‘The Bombie Samba’ from the show.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang features one of the biggest casts ever assembled for an Australian musical. Led by David Hobson, Rachael Beck Alan Brough, Jennifer Vuletic, George Kapiniaris, and Peter Carroll the show also features Todd Goddard, Tyler Coppin, Philip Gould, Tony Farrell, Sophie Carter, Shannon Clark, and Andrew Marshall.

Anthony Garcia, Michael Kilbane and Max Walburn will take on the boys’ role of Jeremy, while Ashleigh Ross, Rose Shannon-Duhigg and Jasmin Younger will play Jemima.

The men and women’s ensemble cast are: Jan De Pietro, Alex Given, Mark Hill, Andrew Kroenert, Rubin Matters, Jensen Overend, Anthony Pepe, Nathan Pinnell, Damien Chambers, Nicholas Jones, Alicia Attwood, Francine Cain, Ashleigh Hauschild, Meg Hoult, Emily Paddon-Brown, Annabel Knight, Stefanie Turner, and Brooke Lowery.

The lost children ensemble features

Timothy Brown, Jackson Bunting, Ayanda Dladla, Alexandra Duncan, Molly Ellison, Cody Ettingshausen, Beaumont Farrell, Cameron Field, Tyron Geany, Kristen Henry, Isabel Kratz, Miah-Rose Lake, Benjamin Langsam, Jordan Lazarus, Noa Lubotzky, Emily Maclean, Abbey McPherson, Aled Morris, Benjamin Muston, Otis Pavlovic, Michael Russell, Emily Simmons, Natasha Sloman, Chloe Thiel, Kirsten Tsoltoudis, Katia van Hilten, Annabel Wolfe, Ruby Wood, Elisabeth Woodcock and Jessica Zylstra.

This highly anticipated stage adaptation of one of the world’s favourite movies has its open date set for November 17 at Sydney’s Capitol Theatre.
