The Best (and Worst) of Queenie van de Zandt – Giveaway

AussieTheatre is very happy to have a double pass to The Best (and Worst) of Queenie van de Zandt to giveaway. The performance is on Sunday, 21 October at Venue 505 in Sydney.

Ever since she pulled on her ABBA socks at age 8, Queenie van de Zandt knew she was destined to become a performer (or the head of the ABBA Fan Club). Her mind, and face, made up, she plunged into the heady world of eisteddfods, speech and drama exams and school musicals. At 18, Queenie finally got her “big break”, at a cabaret venue in the theatrical epicentre of…Queanbeyan. Thus began 21 years of bizarre theatrical experiences ranging from performing on the stages of Asia with some of the great actors of our time, to accidentally shitting herself in a performance of “HAIR”. Yep she’s done it all – and she’s only just celebrated her 21st Birthday (in the Business of Show)! This will be Queenie’s last solo, cabaret show before she moves to Melbourne to star as Cassandra in the new musical – King Kong.
