Stream comedy legend Eddie Izzard’s WUNDERBAR this May

On Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th May, DICE are giving fans of stand-up comedy an exclusive opportunity to watch WUNDERBAR – the latest show from international comedy star EDDIE IZZARD. Filmed in 2019 during the WUNDERBAR tour, this ‘as live’ event will be the first chance to enjoy the show away from theatres. WUNDERBAR expands on EDDIE’s previous work and illustrates her unique, surreal view of life, love, history and her ‘theory of the universe’.

This special presentation of the show will feature a brand-new introduction from EDDIE and a post-show Q&A.

WUNDERBAR began life at La Nouvelle Seine, a floating theatre in Paris on the Seine where EDDIE began to improvise the show in French. She then flipped countries and continued developing the show, improvising in Berlin in German. After more development in English, EDDIE was ready to share WUNDERBAR with the world and this special one night only event will be the first opportunity for audiences to enjoy the show from the comfort of their living room.

EDDIE IZZARD said

It is wunderbar (wonderful) to finally get WUNDERBAR available for people to watch, streaming all around the world.

EDDIE IZZARD is one of the world’s most respected comedians. She has performed sell out shows across the globe, from Shanghai to Mumbai including nights at Madison square Garden and The Hollywood Bowl.

‘WUNDERBAR’ is a delicious insight into the surreal and fantastical world of EDDIE IZZARD. This is intelligent Bunkum of the highest order.
