Sydney Theatre Company has added an additional week of performances for An Iliad, with the hit play starring David Wenham now playing an eleven-week season at STC’s Wharf 1 Theatre until 28 June.
Tickets for these additional and final performances are on sale from 11am Tuesday 12 May .
This gripping, new production of Lisa Peterson and Denis O’Hare’s adaptation of Homer’s Ancient Greek saga has garnered five-star reviews and sold-out performances across the season.
Directed by Damien Ryan with a “stupendous tour de force” (The Australian) performance by David Wenham, An Iliad also features live music composed and performed by double bassist Helen Svoboda.
