Program Applications Open for APAM 2016

The Brisbane Powerhouse is calling for performing artists and arts organisations from around Australia to apply to present their latest productions or pitch works in development as part of the official APAM (Australian Performing Arts Market) 2016 program.

APAM is the leading international industry event for contemporary performing arts from Australia and New Zealand. Successful applications will perform live to an audience of key international and national presenters, agents and influencers.

There are two categories of applications: Showcase, which is open to productions which have premiered and are tour-ready, and Pitch, which are for works in development.

National and international artists and arts organisations can also submit expressions of interest for on display booths open for trading during dedicated times at APAM 2016.

APAM roadshow information sessions will be held across Australia and in Auckland during March and April 2015. More information can be found online at www.performingartsmarket.com.au

APAM 2016 is presented by the Australia Council for the Arts in partnership with Brisbane Powerhouse. Applications are available online (www.performingartsmarket.com.au/apply) and close midnight 1 July 2015 AEST.
