Between June 20 and July 17, Performance Space is set to showcase an electrifying season of all Australian-made performances at Carriageworks and Blacktown Arts Centre, in partnership with Mobile States Touring.
In Show Off, there’s a transformation of an over-caffeinated demon in The River Eats; a live filming of an interactive cop show in BINGO Unit; there’s I’m Your Man, an encore season of a smash Sydney Festival sweat-drenched boxing play; and Opal Vapour, a powerful contemporary Indonesian music and dance show.
Show Off is a “hot as hell season”, according to Performance Space co-director Bec Dean. “It really shows the diversity between of performance practice and the ways of creating and engaging with audiences that Performance Space is known for – all of which is taking place in Australia right now!
