Hugh Jackman brings “Broadway to Oz” arena tour this November and December

He is one of the biggest stars in the world — just an “O” short of an EGOT — and he’s bringing a five-city arena concert tour, Broadway to Oz, to Australia. It’s Hugh Jackman!

Hugh Jackman: Broadway to Oz is coming!

Surely the man needs no further introduction. Jean Valjean in the Les Mis movie, the Boy From Oz himself, Wolverine… that Hugh Jackman!

Based on his hit 2011 Broadway show, Hugh Jackman: Back on Broadway, the show will take audiences on a journey through Jackman’s life so far, from his early days in outback Australia to his vast musical theatre triumphs and to his experiences in the X-Men film franchise.

This multi-million dollar production will see Jackman sing through several medleys, including tributes to classic musicals. A state-of-the-art lighting, sound and video production and a vast company of 150 musicians, singers, dancers and choir will support Jackman’s showmanship and infectious Aussie charm.

Broadway to Oz is a dream come true. This is the show I’ve always wanted to bring home.” Jackman said.

Hugh Jackman’s Broadway to Oz national tour dates are:

Melbourne: Tuesday 24 & Wednesday 25 November, Rod Laver Arena
Sydney: Monday 30 November & Tuesday 1 December, Qantas Credit Union Arena
Brisbane: Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 December**, Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Adelaide: Thursday 10th December, Adelaide Entertainment Centre
Perth: Tuesday 15th December, Perth Arena

Tickets go on sale on Monday August 31 from www.ticketek.com.au/HughJackman and are priced from $45.00* to $159.90*.
