We are so proud to highlight the hard work, perseverance and creativity of the Victorian performing arts community. COVID-19 continues to have a seismic impact on our sector. Last night we gathered (albeit virtually) for 2021. Art Doco, a documentary created in lieu of our usual awards ceremony to reflect on and celebrate art, community and persistence.
While we didn’t gather in a foyer, clink glasses or give congratulatory hugs last night, we were still able to reflect on what continues to be one of the most incredible and dynamic performing arts ecosystems in the world.
Congratulations to all the winners, and those acknowledged and nominated. And a heartfelt thank you to the team of people who made 2021. Art Doco possible.
