FANGIRLS to release Cast Recording on April 16th

It was announced this week that Yve Blake’s hilarious and sell-out musical FANGIRLS will be releasing a studio cast recording.

Edna’s fourteen and is head over heels in love with Harry- he’s beautiful, talented, perfect, but there’s just one problem: he’s also the star of the world’s biggest boyband. Getting Harry’s attention might seem impossible, but there’s nothing that Edna won’t do to prove to Harry that she’s the one.

The following statement was posted to the Fangirls Instagram:

We have been so uplifted by the response to this show since its premiere in 2019, and since then we’ve been working hard to find a way to make this actually happen. Now, at long last, we are officially & almost dead to be able to announce that this album is ALMOST HERE!

The recording will feature Yve Blake (Edna), Chika Ikogwe (Jules), Kimberley Hodgson (Brianna), James Majoos (Saltypringl), Sharon Millerchip (Caroline), Ayesha Madon (Lily), and Blake Appelqvist (Harry).

The album will be available to pre-save from April 2nd, and will be available on April 16th on all major streaming platforms.
