During the September school holidays, Arts Centre Melbourne will be offering a variety of events in their Kids and Families program.
Kids and families will be able to: be conducted in an 80-piece Indonesian orchestra; be entranced by Polyglot Theatre’s interactive Paper Planet installation; experience a tiny circus in The Teensy Top; and bear witness to Raising the Roof, a celebration of musical traditions from around the world in the new Hamer Hall.
“September brings both warmer weather and the excitement of school holidays,” said Arts Centre Melbourne Chief Executive Judith Isherwood.
“We are delighted that children and their families can enjoy such a wide variety of programs – including dance workshops with The Australian Ballet, creating a paper kingdom with Polyglot Theatre, and celebrating Victoria’s love of music in the spectacular Raising the Roof.”
