The Greatest Showman-Inspired Circus Come Alive! Extends Run to Late 2025

The hit circus spectacular Come Alive!, inspired by the iconic musical film The Greatest Showman, has extended its run yet again. The show, which features the beloved songs of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, including hits like “This Is Me,” “Rewrite the Stars,” and “A Million Dreams,” will now run until 30 September 2025.

Performed inside a purpose-built 700-seat big top at the Empress Museum in London’s Earls Court (near West Brompton station), the production offers audiences an immersive and thrilling experience that celebrates the magic of the film.

Simon Bailey (Moulin Rouge!, Heathers, Jersey Boys) currently leads the talented cast, joined by Aaliya Mai, who makes her professional debut as Max, a shy young roustabout raised in the circus. Additional powerhouse vocalists include Jaz Ellington (The Voice, Eurovision Song Contest), Charlotte-Hannah Jones (Hairspray), Whitney Martins(Starlight Express), and Fallon Mondlane (What’s New Pussycat?, The Lion King).

The show boasts an impressive ensemble of dancers, including up-and-coming talent Maisie Axton and established performers such as Genie Gledhill (Yung Filly), Emma-Louise Stansall (who has performed with Kylie Minogue and Hugh Jackman), and Ross Wilkins (featured alongside Justin Bieber).

Complementing the production is a remarkable troupe of international circus performers, bringing an extra layer of spectacle and skill to the stage. Performers include Cirque veterans like Juan Anyosa, Korri Aulakh, Yann LeBlanc, and Olympian gymnast Shona Morgan, alongside acts that have graced stages across the globe, including Cirque du Soleil, The Brit Awards, and La Tarumba.

Directed by Simon Hammerstein, Come Alive! features an accomplished creative team, including music producer Matthew Brind, choreographers Jerry Reeve and Lukas McFarlane, lighting designer Adam Bassett, and set designer Ruby Law. The production is brought to life with costumes by Susan Kulkarni, art direction by Mika Handley, and casting by Pearson Casting.

Produced by Outside The Box Amusements and TSG Entertainment, Come Alive! will now continue performances from 17 December 2024, booking all the way through 30 September 2025.

Meanwhile, The Greatest Showman universe continues to grow, with Disney announcing plans for a fully staged musical adaptation currently in development.

For fans of the film and lovers of circus magic, Come Alive! offers an unforgettable experience that captures the heart and spectacle of P.T. Barnum’s world.
