Strap In For A Stylish Twist: ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ Turns Musical!

Picture this: the iconic fashion comedy, ‘The Devil Wears Prada’, brought to life with an Elton John musical score. Seems like a dreamy concoction of a fun-filled evening, right? But here’s the twist: this dream is set to be London’s reality!

Next year, the West End will shimmer with a fresh musical take on the cherished 2006 film. With music by Elton John, lyrics crafted by renowned American musician Shaina Taub, and a script penned by the talented Kate Wetherhead, this is set to be more than just a show. Add to the mix direction from the three-time Tony award-winner behind ‘Kinky Boots’, Jerry Mitchell, and the stage is set for magic.

Circle the dates! This theatrical masterpiece is scheduled for its grand premiere at London’s Dominion Theatre in October, with an early taste on offer at the Theatre Royal in Plymouth from July 2024.
