SIX North American National Tour Crowns New Queens

The ‘Boleyn’ North American tour of the international hit musical SIX: The Musical is set to welcome new cast members next month as it continues to captivate audiences across the continent. The second national tour of SIX, which launched on September 20, 2022, will see a fresh group of ‘queens’ take the stage starting November 8 at the Clemens Center in Elmira, New York.

Joining the company are Chani Maisonet as Catherine of Aragon, Gaby Albo as Anne Boleyn, and Tasia Jungbauer as Catherine Parr. They will be joined by new alternates Hailey Lewis, an original member of the Canadian company who will also serve as dance captain, and Caroline Siegrist from the Norwegian Cruise Line production.

Returning cast members include Kelly Denice Taylor as Jane Seymour, Danielle Mendoza as Anna of Cleves, and Alizé Cruz as Katherine Howard. Alternates Taylor Sage Evans, Carlina Parker, and Amaya White will reprise their roles alongside the new cast.

SIX: The Musical is a pop-powered ‘herstory’ remix that gives the six wives of King Henry VIII the chance to tell their side of the story. With productions running on Broadway and London’s West End, the musical also boasts four international tours spanning the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. The musical garnered eight Tony nominations in 2022, winning Best Costume Design (Gabriella Slade) and Best Original Score (Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss).

The creative team behind SIX includes choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, set design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabriella Slade, lighting design by Tim Deiling, and sound design by Paul Gatehouse. The music is orchestrated by Tom Curran, with vocal arrangements and supervision by Joe Beighton and U.S. music supervision by Roberta Duchak. Casting is by Peter Van Dam of Tara Rubin Casting.

As the SIX tour continues its reign across North America, the new cast is poised to bring fresh energy and charisma to this electric retelling of one of history’s most famous stories.
