Six Announces New Jane Seymour for West End Cast

The hit musical Six has announced a new addition to its West End lineup, welcoming Caitlin Tipping to the role of Jane Seymour at the Vaudeville Theatre.

Six, known for its unique retelling of the stories of Henry VIII’s six wives through a modern-day pop concert format, first gained attention at the Edinburgh Fringe and has since become a global sensation, with productions on tour, in the West End, and on Broadway.

Starting September 10, Caitlin Tipping, who previously played Jane Seymour on tour, will step into the role in the West End production. She joins a talented cast that currently includes Nikki Bentley as Catherine of Aragon, Thao Therese Nguyen as Anne Boleyn, Reca Oakley as Anna of Cleves, Inez Budd as Katherine Howard, and Janiq Charles as Catherine Parr.

The ensemble is further strengthened by alternates and swings, including Gabriella Stylianou, Naomi Alade, Hannah Lowther, Danielle Rose, Hana Stewart, and Meg Dixon-Brasil, ensuring that the show remains dynamic and engaging.

In addition to the cast update, Six will host two special sing-along performances on January 12, 2025, and May 4, 2025, offering fans an interactive experience with the beloved musical.

Six is the brainchild of Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, who also co-direct the production alongside Jamie Armitage. The creative team features choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille, set design by Emma Bailey, costume design by Gabriella Slade, lighting design by Tim Deiling, sound design by Paul Gatehouse, musical orchestration by Tom Curran, and musical supervision by Joe Beighton. The casting is managed by Pearson Casting.

Fans of Marlow and Moss can also look forward to their latest project, Why Am I So Single?, which begins previews at the Garrick Theatre next week. Tickets for Six at the Vaudeville Theatre are available now.
