PARANORMAL ACTIVITY extends West End run

The stage adaptation of Paranormal Activity will extend its upcoming West End engagement, confirming performances at the Ambassadors Theatre from Friday 5 December 2025 to Saturday 28 March 2026.

Following a try-out at Leeds Playhouse, the production is currently playing Chicago as part of a North American tour, with further stops in Los Angeles, Washington DC and San Francisco. The London run arrives for the festive season, adding extra performances due to strong early interest.

Adapted from the hit film franchise, the stage version features a new story by Levi Holloway, known for Grey House, and direction by Felix Barrett, artistic director and founder of Punchdrunk. The production is presented by Melting Pot in association with Leeds Playhouse and partners, in arrangement with Paramount Pictures. Producers include Simon Friend and Hanna Osmolska, along with Gavin Kalin, Ken Davenport, Patrick Gracey, Jonathan and Rae Corr, and Leeds Playhouse.

Set between Chicago and London, the play follows James and Lou as they relocate across the Atlantic, only to discover that their new home offers no escape from the past. The creative team promises an exploration of domestic hauntings, psychological disturbance and supernatural presence, using immersive theatrical techniques that bring the audience close to the action.

The creative team includes Fly Davis for set and costume design, Chris Fisher for illusions, Anna Watson for lighting, Gareth Fry for sound, and Luke Halls for video design. Casting is by Stuart Burt and Ginny Schiller. The age recommendation is 15 plus.

Further casting and ticket information will be announced by the producers.
