The grand curtain will rise for its inaugural performance at the Providence Performing Arts Center in Providence, Rhode Island, embarking on an impressive tour to captivate audiences in over 30 cities.
Shucked is slated to mesmerise a roster of cities including Atlanta, Austin, Buffalo, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Durham, East Lansing, Fort Lauderdale, Greenville, Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Nashville, Orlando, San Antonio, Schenectady, St. Louis, Tampa, Washington D.C., with further destinations soon to be disclosed.
This production is fortified by a remarkable team of creatives: a Tony-nominated book by Robert Horn, a score crafted by the gifted Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally, and visionary direction by Jack O’Brien. Additionally, the musical is embellished with choreography by Sarah O’Gleby, musical direction paired with Tony-nominated orchestrations by Jason Howland, stunning scenic design by Scott Pask, impeccable costume artistry by Tilly Grimes, illuminating lighting concepts by Japhy Weideman, state-of-the-art sound design by John Shivers, and authentic wig design by Mia Neal.
