Hadestown Announces Cast for Upcoming North American Tour

The acclaimed musical Hadestown has revealed the full cast for its next North American tour, set to kick off this October. The tour will launch on October 3 at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury, CT, and will also make a special stop in Vermont, where Anaïs Mitchell first began developing the musical as an indie theater project 18 years ago.

Leading the tour will be Nickolaus Colón as Hades, Megan Colton as Eurydice, Jaylon C. Crump as Hermes, Namisa Mdlalose Bizana as Persephone, and Bryan Munar as Orpheus. The Fates will be portrayed by Katelyn Crall, Miriam Navarrete, and Alli Sutton. Joining them in the Workers Chorus are Randy Cain, Miracle Myles, Kaitlyn O’Leary, Mikaela Rada, and Joe Rumi. The tour will also include swings Jamir Brown, Ricky Cardenas, Michelle E. Carter, and Julia Schick.

Hadestown, which won eight Tony Awards in 2019, including Best Musical, is inspired by the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. The show features a Tony-nominated book and a Tony-winning score by Anaïs Mitchell, with direction by Tony winner Rachel Chavkin. This tour follows the successful First National Tour of Hadestown, which began in October 2021 and was one of the first Broadway tours to hit the road post-pandemic, visiting 85 cities across the U.S. and Canada.

With its unique blend of myth and music, Hadestown continues to captivate audiences, and this upcoming tour is sure to bring its magic to even more fans across North America.
