Cast And Creators Attend New York Premiere Of The Filmed Version Of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Musical HAMILTON At The Public Theater’s Newly Revitalized Delacorte Theater

Once-in-a-Lifetime Cinematic Release of the Original Tony Award®- and Pulitzer Prize-Winning Broadway Production Opens in Australian and New Zealand Cinemas November 13.

 

 

The cast and creators from the original Broadway production of the Tony®, GRAMMY®, Emmy®, and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical “Hamilton” were at the Public Theater’s newly revitalized Delacorte Theater in New York for a premiere screening of the filmed version of the show. “Hamilton” will be released in Australian and New Zealand cinemas on November 13.

Composer/lyricist Lin-Manuel Miranda, director Thomas Kail, music director/orchestrator/conductor Alex Lacamoire, producer Jeffrey Seller, executive producers Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman, and Maggie Brohn, choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler, and cast members Daveed Diggs, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Christopher Jackson, Jasmine Cephas Jones, Leslie Odom, Jr., Okieriete Onaodowan, Anthony Ramos, Phillipa Soo, Carleigh Bettiol, Ariana DeBose, Hope Easterbrook, Sydney James Harcourt, Sasha Hutchings, Elizabeth Judd, Austin Smith, and Ephraim Sykes, were on hand to celebrate the landmark musical’s 10th anniversary.

The theatrical release of “Hamilton” expands upon the version available on Disney+ with the inclusion of “Reuniting the Revolution,” an exclusive special prologue to the film featuring all-new interviews with the original cast and creators as they reflect on the impact the show has had on their lives.
