Boy George Lights Up Broadway in ‘Moulin Rouge!’ Starting Tonight

Get ready, Broadway fans! The one and only Boy George is hitting the stage in the Tony Award-winning extravaganza, ‘Moulin Rouge!’, starting tonight, February 6. He’s stepping into the shoes of Harold Zidler, taking over from Eric Anderson for a stint that’ll run through May 12. This isn’t just any casting change—it’s Boy George, people!

The lineup also includes André Ward as Toulouse-Lautrec, David Harris as the dashing Duke of Monroth, and Sophie Carmen-Jones as Nini. Directed by Alex Timbers and choreographed by Sonya Tayeh, the show is a wild ride through a mash-up of pop hits spanning decades, all set in the heart of the famous Parisian nightclub.
