The popular thriller ‘2:22 A Ghost Story’ is set to return to London’s West End this summer, with performances scheduled at the Gielgud Theatre. The full cast for this new run has now been announced, promising a fresh and exciting production.

Written by Danny Robins and directed by the esteemed Matthew Dunster and Isabel Marr, the play delves into the eerie experiences of Jenny, who suspects her house is haunted, witnessing disturbances every night at exactly 2:22 am. The cast will feature prominent figures such as Stacey Dooley and James Buckley, alongside Joe McFadden, known for his role in ‘The Rocky Horror Show,’ and Donna Air from ‘The Split.’

Since its debut in 2020 at the Noël Coward Theatre, ‘2:22 A Ghost Story’ has captivated audiences, reaching over 690,000 people and touring through 18 UK cities, as well as having international runs in Los Angeles and Melbourne. The play has garnered critical acclaim, winning the WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Play. Over its tenure, it has seen a variety of well-known actors take the stage, including Lily Allen, Julia Chan, Hadley Fraser, and Jake Wood in its original lineup.

The production boasts impressive design elements, with set design by Anna Fleischle, costume design by Cindy Lin, and lighting by Lucy Carter. Sound is managed by Ian Dickinson for Autograph Sound, and illusions are crafted by Chris Fisher, ensuring a sensory-rich theatrical experience.

Produced by Tristan Baker and Charlie Parsons for Runaway Entertainment, along with Isobel David and Kater Gordon, the play is scheduled to run from May 25 to August 4. Tickets for the upcoming shows will be available from April 24.

As ‘2:22 A Ghost Story’ continues its current UK and Ireland tour, which includes stops in Manchester and Dublin, the simultaneous London run adds another opportunity for theater enthusiasts to catch this intriguing and spine-chilling production.
