The production features John O’May in the role of Georges, David Rogers-Smith as Albin and a talented ensemble cast.

La Cage Aux Folles centres on a St.Tropez drag-show nightclub owned by Georges and his long time love, Albin, who headlines as the glamorous Zaza. Together, the couple have raised Georges’ son, the product of a one night fling, but when young Jean-Michel announces his engagement to the daughter of a bigoted, right wing politician and invites her family to meet his ‘normal’ parents, the bonds of family are put to the test as the feather boas fly.
Featuring the ‘notorious and dangerous Cagelles’ and packed with such musical classics as ‘I Am What I Am’, ‘The Best of Times’ and of course ‘La Cage Aux Folles’, this show is a touching tale of one family’s struggle to stay together… stay fabulous… and above all else, stay true to themselves!
An award winning musical, with book by Harvey Fierstein and lyrics & music by Jerry Herman, La Cage Aux Folles is based on the 1973 French play of the same name by Jean Poiret. Made into a film in 1978, it was popular enough to inspire two remakes: the stage musical and, nearly two decades later, the Hollywood comedy The Birdcage with Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, and Gene Hackman.

If I have to be on yet another bloody mailing list to win a prize forget it1. Just forget it.
Hi Dehol58.
There is no reason to join the mailing list in order to enter... it's just an optional extra.
Sorry if it seemed like it was this was something you had to do.

Adore LaCage. Adore John O'May and can't wait to see this production. We saw the original at the Palais with Keith Michel, twice. The record of that production left the oroginal cast recording for dead. Such a shame there wasn't a video made of that production.
