After a highly successful run on the West End, Trevor Ashley is set to make a triumphant Australian return with a one night only gem of a show at Sydney’s Star casino.
In Star Struck, Trevor will transform into some of the world’s most beloved divas in a show featuring new and old hits. Strap in and prepare yourself for divas in all their glory: the high energy of Tina Turner, the madness of Bette Midler, the elegance of Shirley Bassey, and the anthems of Cher.
Accompanied by Elliot Wilshier and a live band, as well as the dazzling Trevettes (two sexy dancers), it’s Trevor Ashley on a large scale with that same twinkle in his eye and deft understanding of his subjects.
Trevor is a well-known fixture in Australian theatre, making his musical debut in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert – The Musical. He recently starred as Edna Turnblad in Hairspray, and has been making moves with his risqué panto-cabarets Fat Swan and Little Orphan Trashley.
Star Struck will play at the Star on Friday 2nd August. Tickets and more information are available at www.ticketek.com.au, or by calling 132 849.
