After more than 300 shows in 5 cities across Australia, the Aussie tour of The Sound Of Music came to a close last night in Perth.
The production, which has employed 78 Australian kids to play the famous Von Trapp children and performed to packed houses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth waved “So Long, Farewell” to Australia when the curtain came down on the final performance at Crown Casino in Perth.
Leading lady Amy Lehpamer and her fellow nuns made this hilarious video to mark the closing of the production! Take a peek.
And, in true musical theatre style, the whole company came together to create a clip to say goodbye to the Sound of Music.
Watch the clip – using the music of George Michael’s Faith – below!
