It’s Melbourne’s coldest day for the year, so what’s better than some super hot cabaret?
Melbourne Cabaret Festival finishes on Sunday 26 June, which means you can still easily see six or nine shows!
Over the two week festival director Mike McLeish has shared about 40 of his favourite cabaret artists and shows with Melbourne at the festival Hub at Chapel off Chapel. Some were only one for a couple of nights, but this weekend has some of the most unmissable acts around, including three of my absolute favourites.

And there’s the Cabaret Fringe at The Butterfly Club in the city. If you haven’t discovered this gorgeous venue and its divine cocktails, you don’t know what you’re missing.
