Tom Sharah and Rohan Senior from Channel 10’s TV series I Will Survive will both be presenting a featured set next Monday 25 March at the Vanguard in Newtown.

Broadway Unplugged & Aussie Theatre’s ‘Project X’ finalists Coral Mercer-Jones and Charlotte Kerr will also take to the stage in the featured segment to present a 15 minute set of material.

Each Broadway Unplugged event is divided into two segments – the featured performers (listed above) who will open the evening and an ‘open-mic’ event, filled by registration only.

Open-mic participants have the chance to compete in Broadway Unplugged and AussieTheatre.com’s ‘Project X’, giving them the opportunity to win a featured set at Broadway Unplugged and a fully produced solo show.

Launched just over 8 months ago in Sydney, Broadway Unplugged has now expanded into a three state affair, with events now launched in Brisbane and Melbourne. Australia has an industry that is rich with talent and Broadway Unplugged in conjunction with AussieTheatre aims to support those working in the music theatre industry.
