Coffee with… nobody

AussieTheatre.com has today ended a three year tradition at the website by confirming it will not present its Coffee With… blog next year.

Starting in 2007, the blog has for the last three years featured a new graduate of WAAPA, talking about their experiences in the theatre industry.

Lucy Maunder wrote the column in 2007, whilst we have also followed the inaugural theatre industry years of Gemma-Ashley Kaplan (2008) and Kate Walder (2009).

“It has been fantastic to get an insight into the amazing first years these three performers have experienced in the theatre industry,” saidAussieTheatre.com Managing Editor, Troy Dodds.

“The time has come however to move on to new things. This has been an excellent opportunity for three young performers and I thank them for the dedication they showed to the website.”

A new column will launch next year as part of a re-shuffle of our regular columns.
