Noble joins a stellar cast which includes Sarah Morrison, Bobby Fox, Carita Farrer Spencer, Kathryn McIntyre, Greg Stone, Kate Cole, Natalie Gamsu , Madeleine Jones and Ellen Simpson and will play the dual roles of Miss Jacobs and Mrs Crown for the seasons slated for Sydney (3 January 2017) Brisbane (28 January), Melbourne (25 February) and Canberra (27 March).

An artist with many strings to her bow, Noble is a Logie Award winner, teacher of speech and drama and a performer who has enjoyed a highly successful career in Australia, the United Kingdom and the USA.

She created the role of Thelma O’Keefe in the musical Shout (Australian National Tour: Jacobson Entertainment) for which she received a Green Room Award nomination for Best Female Artist in a Featured Role and two consecutive Mo Award nominations for Female Musical Performer of the year.

On film Trisha joined the Star Wars movie family as Jobal Naberrie in Star Wars: Episode 2 – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith. In 2007 Trisha performed in the inaugural Kookaburra production of the musical Pippin for which she received a Helpmann Award nomination for Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical. Her self confessed “favourite role to date” was the role of Marmee Kookaburra’s production of the Broadway musical Little Women.

Set in Sydney in the 1950s, Ladies in Black is a new Australian musical featuring 20 original songs written by Tim Finn and a stunning range of some 30 custom-designed and created dresses and suits. The genesis of Ladies in Black actually happened at the Brisbane Airport – Tim Finn was famously looking for a book to read, bought Madeleine St John’s 1993 novel The Women in Black and on reading it, was compelled to call director Simon Phillips and plant the seed for a stage production. On the plane, he started writing the music. The rest is
history.
