set to open at Sydney’s Hayes Theatre Co in May 2017. And now the cast is complete.

Ben Hall (Les Miserables) will star in the leading role of Tim.

The cast also includes Matthew Backer (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Blazey Best (Miracle City) and Hayden Tee (Les Miserables).

Set in the 1940s and 50s, Only Heaven Knows is the story of a teenage playwright who escapes a tough life in Melbourne and finds a community of women and gay men exploring their post-war freedom in Kings Cross.

He finds love and a chosen family, but can those things last as times change and politics become increasingly conservative?

Daniel Edmonds will be Musical Supervisor, fresh off a run of mega musicals including Dream Lover, and Strictly Ballroom.
Legendary scenic designer Brian Thomson (The Boy From Oz, Priscilla) will take on the set.
Only Heaven Knows is presented by Luckiest Productions in association with Hayes Theatre Co and will play from 26 May – 1 July 2017.
