APAM Applications Open Today

Today, the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) opens its applications for Australian and New Zealand artists and companies to present and pitch their work to national and international presenters, producers and peers.

APAM will be presented by the Australia Council for the Arts in partnership with Brisbane Powerhouse from 18-22 February 2014. The APAM 2014 program will include full-length productions and excerpt showcases, pitches and booth holder information.

Applicants have until 22 July to complete paperwork for the presentation of work at APAM next year.

APAM not only provides venue and production assistance to artists and companies selected in the showcase, but will also include forums, in-conversation sessions.

APAM, however does not provide direct financial assistance for attendance or presentation. The APAM website lists of number of providers for potential attendance funding:
