New York City, USA- January 1, 2017: Bright Christmas lights of Radio City Music Hall in New York City at night.
Broadway’s most prestigious night, the Tony Awards, will return to its iconic home at Radio City Music Hall in New York City for its 78th annual ceremony on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The event will once again celebrate the best of American theatre with a live broadcast on CBS from 8 to 11 p.m. (ET).
For those unable to catch the live broadcast, the Tonys will also be available to stream live and on-demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers, and on-demand starting June 9 for Paramount+ Essential subscribers. Despite the comprehensive U.S. coverage, plans for a telecast in the UK have yet to be confirmed.
The 2025 Tony Awards are produced by Tony Award Productions, a joint venture between the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, alongside White Cherry Entertainment. Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss will return as executive producers, with Weiss also directing the show. Jack Sussman will join them as an additional executive producer.
Further details about the event, including performers and presenters, will be revealed closer to the date. Stay tuned for more updates on Broadway’s biggest night!
