New Faces Set to Enchant in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway

Hold onto your wands and tighten your robes, for there’s magic brewing in Broadway!

Come the 14th of November, the Lyric Theatre will experience a tantalising shake-up in the world of ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’. The formidable duo, Cara Ricketts and Daniel Fredrick, are set to step into the iconic shoes of Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. They’ll be taking over from the remarkable Jenny Jules and David Abeles, who’ll be casting their last spells on stage on November 12th.

But the magic doesn’t stop there! Prepare to be entranced by Jane Bruce, who will enchant us in the role of Delphi Diggory, a torch passed on from the talented Imani Jade Powers.

Furthermore, the stage will sparkle with the addition of new ensemble stars: John Alix, William Bednar, Eric Cheung, Jamyl Dobson, Eleasha Gamble, Kaléa Leverette, Kira Player, Gabrielle Reid, and Emily Schultheis.

Joining this incredible talent are stalwarts like Steve Haggard as Harry Potter, Angela Reed portraying Ginny, Joel Meyers as Albus, and many more captivating artists.

And, to sprinkle some extra pixie dust, the production has unveiled a series of spellbinding events this October to celebrate the Halloween season. This promises to be an enchanting autumn at the theatre!

‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’, which has been beguiling audiences since its debut on April 22, 2018, is masterfully produced by the likes of Sonia Friedman, Colin Callender, and Harry Potter Theatrical Productions. With casting orchestrated by the esteemed Jim Carnahan, this is Broadway at its magical best.
