Neil Patrick Harris, James Corden and Bobby Cannavale appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Tuesday, September 2, to discuss the first Broadway revival of ART, Yasmina Reza’s 1998 Tony Award winning play.
The production is a strictly limited 17 week engagement at the Music Box Theatre. Previews began on August 28, opening night is set for September 16, and the final performance is scheduled for December 21. The show runs 1 hour and 40 minutes with no intermission.
Directed by Scott Ellis, the revival reunites three marquee names for a star led take on Reza’s sharp comedy about friendship, taste, and loyalty. The creative team includes a contemporary instrumental score by Kid Harpoon to underscore scene transitions, marking a first Broadway venture for the Grammy winning producer.
Tickets are on sale, with additional performance dates listed through December as part of the limited engagement.
