Joshua Henry Leads Powerful RAGTIME Revival Heading to Broadway This Autumn
In a move already sparking awards chatter, Lincoln Center Theater has confirmed that its acclaimed City Center Encores! staging of RAGTIME will transfer to Broadway’s Vivian Beaumont Theatre for a 14-week limited engagement this autumn. Previews start 26 September ahead of an official opening on 16 October, with the production set to close on 4 January 2026.

Three of the Encores! principals return for the Broadway run: three-time Tony nominee Joshua Henry reprises the role of Coalhouse Walker Jr.; Caissie Levy steps back into the part of Mother; and recent Tony winner Brandon Uranowitzagain portrays Tateh.
