Win tickets to War Horse – Australian premiere season

The Australian premiere season of War Horse is one of the most anticipated events in the 2013 theatrical calendar and AussieTheatre are thrilled to be offering our readers the chance to win a DOUBLE PASS to see the show in Melbourne!

Seen and loved by millions worldwide, War Horse Australia officially opens at Arts Centre Melbourne on New Year’s Eve but AussieTheatre readers have the chance to see a special Christmas Eve preview (MONDAY 24 DECEMBER).

The live production of War Horse, adapted by Nick Stafford from Michael Morpurgo’s book, is a magnificent drama with a whole lotta heart. Telling the heart wrenching story of Joey, the beloved horse of a boy called Albert, who is sold to the cavalry at the outbreak of World War I and shipped to France, War Horse features 18 puppets, including horses Joey and Topthorn, as well as a goose, two swallows and two crows and a cast of 33.
