Win a Double pass to It’s Dark Outside at Riverside Theatres, Parramatta

We have 2 x double passes to give away to Perth Theatre Company’s critically acclaimed It’s Dark Outside at Riverside Theatres, Parramatta from 26th to 29th May.

Inspired by experiences and research into Alzheimer’s disease and Sundowners Syndrome, It’s Dark Outside skillfully combines animation, mask, live performance and puppetry to tell the poignant story of an old man who is losing his memory.

Wondrously illuminating a world that consumes over 332,000 Australians and affects millions of carers and relatives, the story unfolds without dialogue and is supported by a haunting original music score from award-winning composer and singer songwriter for the critically acclaimed band Schvendes, Rachael Dease.

As the sun sets, an old man suffering from dementia wanders into the wild. He is losing his mind. Swept up in a surreal world, he is on the run. Meanwhile, a mysterious tracker has caught the scent, and is hell bent on hunting him down. But while he can try and run away from the life he once knew, he can’t hide from everything.

Competition closes Monday 22 May at 6pm Sydney time.

Winners will be notified via email/phone.
