Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are heading down under for the Australian Premiere of FREAKIER FRIDAY
The Walt Disney Company Australia and New Zealand are thrilled to announce that Hollywood icons Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are heading to Sydney for the Australian Premiere of Disney’s Freakier Friday, in partnership with Westfield Bondi. The stars will dazzle on the purple carpet on August 5, 2025 at Event Cinemas Westfield Bondi to celebrate the highly anticipated Freakquel.
In the long-awaited sequel to the beloved 2003 film with a multigenerational twist, Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reprise their roles as Tess and Anna Coleman. The story picks up years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
Disney’s “Freakier Friday” releases August 7, in Australian and New Zealand cinemas.
