A first look at Spielberg’s WEST SIDE STORY film

Something’s coming, something good…

Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film adaptation of West Side Story is set to hit theatres in December 2020, and we cannot wait!

The film stars newcomer Rachel Zegler as Maria, and Ansel Elgort as Tony. The pair are joined by a slew of Broadway alum in the other lead roles, including Ariana DeBose as Anita, David Alvarez as Bernardo, Josh Andrés Rivera as Chino, Brian d’Arcy James as Officer Krupke, and Corey Stoll as Lt. Schrank. The ensemble are filled out by a fabulous and equally-as-talented group of performers.

The cast is completed by EGOT-winner and star of original film Rita Moreno, who will play the newly created role of Valentina.
